This Privacy Policy explains how Websting and its operator, Brian Baker, collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you visit Websting websites, contact Websting, request or purchase services, create an account, or use a Websting customer portal, project-intake experience, or AI Tools Studio.

In this policy, “Websting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Websting and Brian Baker. “You” refers to a visitor, prospect, customer, account holder, or tool user.

Information you provide directly

We may collect information that you provide when you contact us, request a consultation, complete project intake, create an account, purchase a service, submit support information, or otherwise communicate with Websting.

• Website, service, project, and business requirements
• Messages, questions, feedback, approvals, and support communications

Information collected automatically

When you use a Websting website or online service, technical information may be collected automatically through cookies, server logs, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

• Internet Protocol address and approximate location
• Browser, operating system, and device information
• Referring pages, pages viewed, links selected, and session activity
• Dates, times, error logs, security events, and performance information
• Cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers

4. AI Tools Studio, Portal, and Tool Data

The Websting AI Tools Studio and related portals may collect and store information needed to provide the tools and maintain your account. Depending on the tool you use, this may include:

• Prompts, form responses, instructions, and other text you enter
• Documents, images, or files you upload
• Generated responses, tool output, and conversation history
• Conversation identifiers, tool activity, credits, and usage information
• Technical, security, and diagnostic information

Websting does not use the content of your Studio prompts, uploads, conversations, or generated output for advertising, customer profiling, data sales, or unrelated marketing. The information is collected to operate the Studio, generate requested results, preserve conversations where that feature is available, administer accounts and credits, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain service security.

Brian Baker does not routinely review or use Studio content. Websting may access limited Studio information only when you request support, when access is reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a security problem, to administer your account, to comply with law, or when you intentionally submit Studio output to Websting as part of a project or service request.

Studio information may be processed or stored by third-party portal, hosting, automation, and artificial intelligence providers. Their use and retention of information are governed by their applicable terms, privacy notices, service settings, and agreements. Whether a provider uses submitted information to improve its services depends on that provider’s terms and the configuration of the service.

5. Account, Subscription, and Billing Information

When you create an account or purchase a service, Websting may collect account-contact information, the selected service, subscription status, transaction dates and amounts, billing address, invoice details, payment status, and related customer-service records.

Payments may be handled by a third-party payment processor. Websting generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. The payment provider processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

6. Google Analytics

Websting uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic, visitor activity, referral sources, device types, approximate geographic information, and website performance.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions. Websting does not intentionally send names, email addresses, complete addresses, or other directly identifying contact information to Google Analytics.

Where prior consent is legally required, nonessential analytics cookies should be activated only after consent is provided through the website’s cookie controls. Browser settings and available Google opt-out tools may also be used to limit analytics collection.

Websting does not sell personal information for money. Websting does not use Studio prompts, uploads, conversation history, or generated output for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where applicable, Websting will provide legally required notices and opt-out controls and will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, when the signal can be detected and the law requires it.

Websting may use necessary cookies for security, account access, service operation, and saved preferences. Analytics cookies help measure website use and performance.

• Studio prompts, uploads, and conversation history may be retained according to account features, provider settings, and the retention practices of the platforms used to provide the Studio
• Security logs and backups may remain for a limited period after active data is deleted
• Google Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured for the applicable Analytics property

Information may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when it is no longer reasonably needed.

13. Information Security

Websting uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. Measures may include encrypted website connections, account authentication, access restrictions, updates, backups, reputable service providers, and security monitoring.

No internet transmission, website, artificial intelligence platform, or storage system is completely secure. Websting cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

14. International Processing

Websting is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or another country where a service provider operates. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your location.

Where legally required, Websting will rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism or contractual safeguard for covered international transfers.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
