1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Websting and its operator, Brian Baker, collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you visit Websting websites, contact Websting, request or purchase services, create an account, or use a Websting customer portal, project-intake experience, or AI Tools Studio.

In this policy, “Websting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Websting and Brian Baker. “You” refers to a visitor, prospect, customer, account holder, or tool user.

Websting does not use the content of your Studio prompts, uploads, conversations, or generated output for advertising, customer profiling, data sales, or unrelated marketing. The information is collected to operate the Studio, generate requested results, preserve conversations where that feature is available, administer accounts and credits, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain service security.

Brian Baker does not routinely review or use Studio content. Websting may access limited Studio information only when you request support, when access is reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a security problem, to administer your account, to comply with law, or when you intentionally submit Studio output to Websting as part of a project or service request.

Studio information may be processed or stored by third-party portal, hosting, automation, and artificial intelligence providers. Their use and retention of information are governed by their applicable terms, privacy notices, service settings, and agreements. Whether a provider uses submitted information to improve its services depends on that provider’s terms and the configuration of the service.

5. Account, Subscription, and Billing Information

When you create an account or purchase a service, Websting may collect account-contact information, the selected service, subscription status, transaction dates and amounts, billing address, invoice details, payment status, and related customer-service records.

Payments may be handled by a third-party payment processor. Websting generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. The payment provider processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

Websting uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic, visitor activity, referral sources, device types, approximate geographic information, and website performance.
